This year’s programme sees something completely different and will include clinic sessions for members and visitors, providing an opportunity to ‘ask the expert’ face-to-face. Each clinic will be scheduled for 20 minutes and will be booked in advance or offered on the day where available, so that visitors can have a private 1-2-1 session and ask questions, discuss business, and find out how they can improve processes.

Key stakeholders within the IMPA community will be available for the clinic sessions, which will cover topical and relevant issues, such as sustainability and the latest processes and principles in supply chain management.

These sessions will be held on the IMPA or IMPA SAVE Stand where seating and hospitality will be provided by the IMPA team.
