We've been made aware that certain companies are approaching exhibitors and visitors, claiming to hold and sell contact databases from any IMPA Events. These companies are not affiliated with us in any way, and we have not authorised anyone to hold, use, or sell data on our behalf.

We do not sell, rent, or share visitor or exhibitor data with third parties. All personal data collected through our registration, exhibitor, and visitor processes is handled strictly in accordance with GDPR and our Privacy Policy.

If you are contacted by a company offering an "official" or "exclusive" database from our event, it is not genuine. Please do not purchase or engage with these lists and report any such approach to us at exhibition@impa.net so we can investigate.

Your trust in how we handle your data is something we take seriously — if in doubt, verify directly with us before acting on any data offer referencing our event.
