This focused programme brings together maritime leaders and welfare experts to explore the human factors behind safe operations - from mental health and fatigue to the strategic sourcing of services that protect and support crews.
With safety and crew wellbeing as core themes, the event aims to highlight how procurement can be a proactive tool in reducing risk, enhancing resilience, and embedding care into everyday maritime practice
